We've spearheaded unique, and uniquely challenging, marketing assigments for several divisions of one of the world's largest multi-industry conglomerates. For Kidde, a UTC brand and the market leader in fire detection devices, we developed new names for an emerging new technology and line of home smoke detectors. Our naming process helped the brand managers pinpoint key language and provided intellectual assets for use in the coming product launches. For UTC's Aerospace and Defense division, we developed and launched a robust internal communications program aimed at better engaging management and employees in critical quality inititiatives. The result was a "culture brand" with relevance, import and appropriateness across UTC operations in the U.S., Singapore, France, England and India.
