A keen understanding of the marketplace and the decision makers lead us to one conclusion – the most important thing to communicate is that PNC just plain gets the deal done. For all parties involved, that’s what matters most. We developed a direct mail campaign that hammered home this message and then gave it extensive support by highlighting PNC’s incredible track record of “done deals.” The campaign endured for more than a decade and is still going strong. In fact, “Done Deals” is now part of the company’s vernacular.
