Director of Digital Marketing
Leading regional, integrated communications agency seeks an experienced, hands-on Director of Digital Marketing. Collaborating with strategic, creative, social media and production teams, the Director of Digital Marketing will plan, develop, pitch and execute brand-building digital marketing solutions for our diverse array of clients – all while building and leading a world class digital department. Candidate must have proven agency or corporate experience conceiving and managing successful campaigns across multiple digital channels. We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic interactive evangelist who not only conceives the BIG IDEAS, but brings them to life by articulating their strategic value and converting clients to new ways of looking at their marketing. Must be a self starter with the desire to expand this core agency discipline and keep it fed.
• Work in a collaborative environment to develop interactive solutions encompassing websites, microsites, mobile, applications, banner advertising, social media initiatives and more.
• Spearhead and manage execution, including visual design, front-end development, back end programming, usability and technology standards.
• Effectively interpret a client's needs as outlined in creative briefs and translate them into compelling interactive solutions.
• Maintain extremely high design and production standards.
